3. The person using the Website will be hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
4. Personal data of the Website User are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and in on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
5. We guarantee the security of all personal data provided to the Administrator. We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that the data is adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
USER RIGHTS
6. Each User who has provided the Administrator with his/her personal data using the Forms available on the Website may exercise the rights granted by the GDPR:
• the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy thereof (Article 15 of the GDPR),
• the right to request rectification of your personal data if it is false or outdated (Article 16 of the GDPR),
• the right to request the deletion of personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
• the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR),
• the right to transfer personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR)
• the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 21 of the GDPR),
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in a situation where the User believes that the Administrator is processing his or her personal data unlawfully (Article 77 of the GDPR).
7. The User always has the right to access their data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The remaining rights are not absolute and their fulfillment will depend on meeting the requirements described in Art. 16-21 GDPR.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED IN THE FORMS
9. “Report an offer” contact forms and the “Write to us” form – personal data provided to the Administrator via contact forms will be processed in order to accept the offer and establish business relations and answer the question. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in responding to the User’s messages and communicating with him (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). If the User asks the Administrator to present a commercial offer, his or her personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR, i.e. activities aimed at concluding a contract undertaken at the request of the data subject. The User’s personal data will be processed for the period necessary to handle correspondence. However, if, as a result of the submitted inquiry, any cooperation or business relationship is established, the period of storage of correspondence and the personal data contained therein will be extended for the duration of this relationship, conclusion of the contract and the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. Providing personal data such as name and surname and e-mail address is voluntary, but necessary in order to respond to the message sent by the User. Providing a telephone number is voluntary and serves to speed up contact with the User by phone, but is not required.
10. “Report an offer” A user who would like to place an advertisement for the sale or rental of real estate on our Website can contact us using the dedicated “Report an offer” form. The provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of analyzing the application and contacting the User. The legal basis for the processing of the User’s personal data will be the necessity to take action to conclude and implement the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in the analysis of the accepted notification (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). ). Personal data will be stored for the period of cooperation, the concluded contract and the limitation period for claims arising from this contract. Providing personal data marked as required is voluntary, but necessary in order to establish cooperation. Providing other personal data at this stage is voluntary.
DATA RECIPIENTS
For the proper operation of the Website and Forms, the Administrator uses the services of external entities (CRM software provider, website hosting, e-mail provider). In order to perform the above-mentioned services, the service provider may process personal data of Website Users.
The Administrator guarantees that he only uses the services of processors that provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing complies with the requirements of the GDPR and protects the data of persons whose data they process.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The Administrator transfers Users’ personal data to third countries in connection with the use of the Google service, which stores the personal data entrusted to them on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Personal data is stored in third countries when the Administrator uses the services of the email service provider Google LLC and a cloud service provider. Google LLC has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program, thus ensuring an adequate level of protection of processed personal data accepted by the European Commission.

2. Cookies – description:
a. Cookies are files sent by the server and saved on the user’s device (computer, telephone, tablet). The Website uses links from the following social networking sites: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram. After the User clicks on a given link, the User is transferred to one of the mentioned portals, which may collect information and use cookies.
